There is no greater joy than being around a table with the ones we love the most.
At Capanno we thrive on the joy of our patrons experience. From our humble beginnings in the 1970`s, our simple yet revolutionary dishes changed the culinary landscape of the south eastern suburbs of Sydney.
We take great pride in being part of the history of our beautiful establishment that has stood the test of time and we aim to preserve the essence of that sentiment, which is:

FIRE AND WOOD
The most primal of instincts ingrained in us is the relationship with fire, for it is raw & extremely grounding. Fire embodies simplicity.
We, at Capanno have integrated this raw method of cooking and refined it to compliment the great produce this land has to offer.
Music
Australia has some of the best produce around world and it is no surprise given the richness of this great land coupled with the shear hard work and passion the farmers and producers put to give us such superior produce.
So we strive to put on the table the best of what this great country has to offer.
